    3. Square faces look best in round or oval frames

  • Frame measurements are printed on the inside of your glasses' temple (the arm). You'll see three numbers like 52-18-140. The first number is lens width, the second is bridge width, and the third is temple length. All measurements are in millimeters. You can compare these numbers to frames on our website. We also have a detailed Frame Size & Fit Guide page on our site that shows you exactly how to measure and choose the right size.

  • Yes! Most optical stores will make small adjustments for you, often for a small fee. If you need help, just take your glasses to a local eyewear shop. They can bend and adjust the frames so they fit perfectly. You can also visit our Frame Adjustment guide on our website for tips on how to adjust your glasses safely at home.

Lenses Questions

  • We offer several lens types to fit your needs:

    1. Single vision lenses - For seeing far away or for reading only

    2. Progressive lenses - For both distance and reading with no visible lines (also called no-line bifocals)

    3. Bifocal lenses - With a visible line for distance on top and reading on bottom

    4. Reading lenses - Just for close-up work like reading books or using your phone

You can choose your lens type when you're ordering your glasses. We'll help guide you to the right choice.

  • Blue light blocking lenses protect your eyes from the blue light that comes from screens like computers, phones, and tablets. These lenses help reduce eye strain, headaches, and tiredness when you use digital devices. They can also help you sleep better at night. Blue light glasses are perfect if you work on a computer all day or spend lots of time on your phone.

  • These special lenses change from clear to dark when you go outside in the sun. They work like sunglasses but in your regular glasses. You get two pairs in one!

  • Yes! Polarized lenses are perfect for sunglasses. They cut glare from water, snow, and roads. They make outdoor activities more comfortable and protect your eyes better.

  • PD is the distance between your pupils (the centers of your eyes). It's measured in millimeters. We need this number to make sure your lenses line up perfectly with your eyes. You can find your PD on your prescription, ask your eye doctor for it, or measure it yourself at home. Visit our "How to Measure PD" page for an easy step-by-step guide with pictures to help you measure it correctly.

  • Your prescription has numbers for each eye. It includes:

    1. SPH (Sphere) - Shows if you're nearsighted or farsighted

    2. CYL (Cylinder) - Shows if you have astigmatism

    3. AXIS - Shows the angle of your astigmatism

    4. ADD - Extra power for reading (if you need bifocals or progressives)

We have a detailed "How to Read Prescription" page on our website with clear pictures and examples. It walks you through each part of your prescription so you can enter it correctly when ordering.

  • Clean your glasses with warm water and a tiny drop of mild dish soap. Rinse them well and dry gently with a soft, clean cloth. Never use paper towels, tissues, or your shirt because these can scratch the lenses. Don't use window cleaner or other harsh chemicals. For more detailed cleaning tips and care advice, check out our Lens Cleaning Tips page on the website.
